Zendikar, a Magic fan favorite, is returning—and this time, without those pesky Eldrazi. Mark Rosewater was quoted saying:
"We return to a Zendikar without Eldrazi and revisit the adventure world players fell in love with."
We believe this set is going to be another land-based set meaning, hopefully, the return of Landfall and Ascension-like mechanics. We are sure of one thing though: the Kicker mechanic is back!
It's already confirmed that there will be no new Planeswalkers coming to Zendikar, but we do know that Jace, Nissa, and Nahiri are coming back in this set. So lets see what this set brings!
